LONDON ART BIENNALE 2025
17 - 22 JULY 2025 | CHELSEA OLD TOWNHALL | LONDON | UK
From July 16 to 20, 2025, I had the honour of participating in the London Art Biennale 2025 - an extraordinary event that brought together artists from around the world. Selected from over 10,000 submissions, I was proud to exhibit my painting Naked Woman (credit Erwin Olaf) and to experience the energy and magic of this grand occasion.
The piece, created in pencil and pastel, is large in scale - making the logistics quite a challenge. I built a custom crate, rented a large van, crossed by ferry to Harwich, and drove to London to personally deliver the work to the organisers.
Three days later came the official opening: an unforgettable experience. Thousands of invited guests lined up in a near-endless queue, eager to view the artworks inside. The following day, the Biennale opened to the public, giving artists a chance to explore both their own work and that of others in a more reflective atmosphere.

My work was given a beautiful spot in the exhibition space. The atmosphere was inspiring - the art on display was breathtaking in its beauty and variety. A strong sense of connection formed among the artists, many of whom I still keep in touch with, exchanging stories and experiences.
Sunday, July 20, was especially memorable. The final day of the Biennale included a closing ceremony and the awarding of prizes. To my surprise and great joy, my work received the Chianciano Museum Award - an honour that also means I have been selected to exhibit at the Chianciano Biennale in September 2026!
All in all, it was a truly special experience: enriching, inspiring, and deeply motivating. I return to the atelier with renewed energy - ready to explore more depth, expression, and strength in my work. A challenge and a calling for the year ahead!
